Remove the breach queue

What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
Removes the breach queue. We just got done recontaining 3 SCPs that CI have breached and then a triple breach happened before the code 5 was even called off. This is beyond ragebait. I have seen people straight up leave the server because they don't get to do the RP they want because there's constant breaches. CI hacking out SCPs is enough as is.

Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
- People who want to do something else than shoot SCPs all day (90% of the server) will actually get to do what they want to do
- CI will have more of a reason to breach things

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:

- SCP players will be upset probably

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:

90% of the server's playerbase will be less annoyed every day
 
- People who want to do something else than shoot SCPs all day (90% of the server) will actually get to do what they want to do

126 - 10%= 113

Also, what about E-11 if they have no scps to contain since yk no queue? They have reqs to get SCP dmgs to get promoted/keep the rank.

These other people stating things like "SCPs will never breach!" are infinitely wrong when CI are in the mix - SCPs will still get a chance to breach and create havoc.

The main reason I did neutral and not plus support is just that natural breaches create a bit of a nicer variety than CI caused ones which is alright.

Just remove the SCP part of the roleplay and call it Underground Facility Roleplay why don't you.

They're not just "inconvenient", they're downright annoying and cause a gameplay reduction.

If SCP breaches were truly inconvenient then they would last a short time, not kill many people, and certainly not last above 20 minutes (which they sometimes do)...

Your ignoring the factor that ci only breach like the 4-5 same scps each time
 
Even if CI were to breach SCPs every 45 minutes this is still a braindead suggestion, You can't rely on a completely player based event for a very big portion of the gameplay to occur, SCPs are the only thing that seperates SCPRP from any other RP server.
