What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
gives the ability for a player who is on a AO operative job full override to electrical and EOC (Excluding lights) currently as it stands enlisted have no access to electrical despite it being an important location for multiple reasons, AO enlisted should be highly trusted members of the foundation do not have access to this and adding onto this members of a elite task force who escort VIPs and need to get to areas they may commonly be in aka the EOC should be granted access to those areas as it currently is enlisted have override to the outer door of EOC but not the inner door making no sense as there is no point in having override to just one door the room between the EOC and EZ serves no purpose other then being a buffer zone for those areas my idea of how this change can work is make so enlisted have overrides to the bottom and control room of both electricals (and maybe having access to lights excluding EOC lights for reasons like if lights need to be turned back on they can just go to the two electricals and switch it on reducing any risk of abuse while still granting ease of access to places and turning on lights like if 079 or CI were to turn them off)

I think the enlisted of a highly trusted and elite task force will likely need access to these area's to properly carry out duties giving them overrides will be vital in them achieving this in a safe and timely matter especially if CL4 members of that task force are not available or ingame to open the areas that they need access to
