I've reviewed your reasons for being banned, and after seeing the screenshot of what you did, I don't feel it is appropriate that you would be in the community. You need some time away before we can consider it. You can reapply in a few months.

You were detected as an Alt of a blacklisted player who was blacklisted for cheating. https://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561199554009873 was the original account. Given the friends list is almost identical, how can you explain this?
