As i said before the purpose is to stop jugg's from accidentally using the gun's which would stop them from breaking the rule helping jugg's not get warned for accidently using them.

My suggestion was to make a player on Jugg physically unable to use energy weapons or AA to make it impossible to break said rule (edited title to better reflect that)
