I feel like this blows off my earlier point, you can't possibly learn every responsibility for a role without having experienced the role. I can understand the sentiment absolutely, but learning is something done through trial.

I do, and my point is each time he becomes exec, it tends to lead him directly into applying for DoR. Another one of my points is as an active GSD member, I have not seen him inside of D-block requesting D-class or escorting for testing.
