Neutral While I know he is a good candidate I feel he should have more time on the server before receiving Inspector, not because there needs to be a mandatory waiting period, but mainly so activity/attention to the department is guaranteed.

To me and to everyone else GENSEC is seen as many things like the "newbie department" or the "minge department", and on varying degrees that is very true BUT it also holds a very special spot as the Redemption department where many players go to in order to become better within the community...
