    From my knowledge, LTs do significantly more than DELCOMs. The reason for the initial change in making DELCOMs Jr Cl4 is because they do jack shit, and SL wanted someone to be able to auth raids without a Sr being on. This could help with GOC players numbers though so idk +/- Mixed support
