What do you really have like "Planned" To do as Assistant? Like do you have any form of RP you would want To do. As your Application doesn't really show much Else than you talking about your time as ISD.

It isn't necessary, no. But it for sure is great experience to know more as to what you are jumping into instead of going from some other role. As it gives a bigger understanding to the state of Ethics, and what you should start on immedeatly when you get ECM.
