No one would be able to report it as if d-class gone into the vents they'd be dead and there's no point to other gsd to just go in the vents randomly, so if it becomes a in character issue, it would mostlikely never be acted upon

GSD usually shoots d-class without any warnings which is why D-class would rather run to 914 instead of immediately dying by GSD who do not think

There's literally no good roleplay that comes from sitting in vents to shoot someone instead of actually roleplaying.

Sitting in one singular room for half a hour just to shoot someone is not roleplay.
