I have access to a microphone. I simply dont use it very often due to the nature of my playtime, I usually play in the late hours and I prefer not to wake anyone up. I would also like to point out that this fact did not hinder my performance as a staff member in the slightest previously.

I use my mic when it is necessary. I did my staff interview using it and after that nobody ever had an issue with my not using it often. So I dont really see how it would be a problem now as I manage just fine without using it :)
