I do understand these ideas, but I think they will make E-11 too overpowered? Breaches should last longer and be more deadly/scarier. Regarding the technician, these tools were added to Nu7s and E11s a year ago for a test and were removed, since TE became obsolete. SCPRP is kinda a thriller...

Love the idea! Combat Medics should have lighter weapons/SMGs since their role is to support in combative situations and not take the main role to kill the CI, etc. This is not Battlefield 2042.

I like this idea very much. When the total blackout happens (lights, keycards, dispensers, text screens), the SCPs should have a chance to be breached, like for every SCP it'd be a roll with 15-20% chance of getting breached. So it'd be more terrifying.

I love levels and XP. It's a nice system that i like seeing implemented everywhere. Regarding the roles/cooldowns - the harder it is to get one, the better people there will be. So it doesn't feel useless or 'everyone can do it so whatever'.
