What does this suggestion change/add/remove: bundles donation notifications, marketplace notif and if someone is taken into a sit, with OOC so it doesn't show up in a chat tab with OOC turned off. Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?: nope...

+support -i think this could be framed as a shipment to foundation mission which can explain the keycards -this would encourage surface combat from SOP which they barley do at times but i think it needs guardrails like a certain number of sop being online and it being limited to cl3 cards maybe
