So why do you have an issue with the royalty free music idea then? Besides I heavily doubt CN will get sued, if they get caught, which would be very rare, they'll probably just get a warning to stop and then they'll shut down the music stuff.

How would it take time to implement? The only change is mods don't pull you into sits when doing radio music. It's one of the easiest changes. Besides, what's your problem with it? The outcome won't effect you either way.

So restrictions can be put in place to avoid copyright. There's royalty free music and copyright free covers/remakes on some songs and sped up versions also exist.
