I don't think the grenades should be cheap enough for them to be used in every raid/scenario imo. They should be used in very specific and vital situations, but I would understand if others would prefer for it to be usable in most situations because nades = fun. Though, a recipe for Citizol so...

Yeah pretty much. The only time surface RP is fun and engaging is when a competent Mayor is online, other than that people only really scavenge on surface.
