Probably the most confusing suggestion I've read until the explanation. So you just want secure comms to be similar to pinging someone in discord where it's meant for the person you're pinging but everyone can read it?

Imposing this as a rule would be nearly impossible. Just make it so it strips your comms and weapons similar to getting it stripped by other players. I don't think it should just flat out stop you from speaking since some people make it very funny when being crushed.
