When I say meta gaming I mean like if I were to shoot from open area D-block, then run to bathrooms and after 20-30 secs I walk out I usually am still shot.

When a D-class respawns he is returned to his original state showing his status as a escape risk
if he does survive however im not exactly sure, maybe a clip of the user showing his karma to prove he's escape risk since there is a exact amount for escape risk
