Yes, the base models ( the third picture )suit colors will update when security level goes up and down and in all honesty I never go past medium but there are versions for each one if you check the link below!

My reasoning: In all honesty I just want to have a female d-class model because I would prefer to use it that rather than a male one. There is a version for each security level so that will not be an issue I would just have to change textures. May I ask what would the second version (with the mask) be used for?

It's just a random accesory that can be toggled with the pac3 wheel. Doesn't really have a purpose besides cosmetic.
