What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
There is currently a television in the ISD booking room that is not currently used for anything, and is just black/blank (see image below).

I would like to propose that this television be utilized to display a live list or scrolling list of justice system staff (users who have passed the BAR exam) that are currently on-site. I believe that the display should cycle between the following three different views/lists:
I've taken the liberty to make generalized examples of the three pages that could be cycled through every 10-15 seconds on the screen:

Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:
I have not seen something like this suggested before when searching.
Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
This suggestion should be accepted as it will provide more encouragement for the Tribunal process to be utilized in Roleplay. The summary tribunal process is almost never used, and Inspectors+ that have passed the Bar exam, General Attorneys that have passed the Bar exam, and accused CL3 & below individuals would all benefit from having more visibility in to who is onsite/available so that Summary tribunals can be used somewhat more often than they currently are. Tribunals almost always have a full audience, which shows that when they do happen, they are a high-interest event that lots of people enjoy to watch and/or participate in.

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
- This would make it substantially easier for individuals requesting a tribunal to see which Bar certified defense attorneys are available. It's almost always in the booking room that someone requests a tribunal during the arrest process, so using this already existing display to show this information would be extremely convenient from a role-play perspective.
- This would make it substantially easier for ISD to determine if the correct mix of justice system staff are available to even support a tribunal. Having ready-access to this information would make it more likely to accept the request for a Summary tribunal, would would allow for more role-play on the server. Everyone seems to enjoy tribunals, and the summary tribunal process seems to be very under-utilized partially because people aren't aware if anyone is even available to support a tribunal.
- This would give use to an asset that already exists in the world that currently serves no functional or roleplay use.
Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
- This would require a light to moderate amount of code to check the whitelist of who has passed the Bar exam, and check to see if the associated Steam_ID is currently on the server or not. These checks should be computationally very lightweight, and almost certainly would not impact server performance.
