What makes you the best candidate for Overseer Assistant?:
- I believe that I am a good candidate for Overseer Assistant as I've got a lot of past experience in similar positions. Although it's the most default response, I do believe my work and time (although some time ago) in Internal Affairs Ambassador, Ethics Assistant and Site Advisor allows for me to have a very thorough understanding of how to approach different situation and different players.
My time in Alpha-1 has been good for me to explore the combative side of the server, while also allowing me to observe and partake in situations that would help me to be an effective Overseer Assistant and conduct myself appropriately in regards to the role.
What are the responsibilities of Overseer Assistants in RP?:
- Overseer Assistants ultimately serve as a liaison between members of the Overseer Council to ensure they can focus on more important situations, assistants are delegated tasks from members or overview the site until they are given an order by a member of the Council.
Their responsibilities more in depth may include:
- Carrying out orders assigned to them by O5.
- Approving documents/tests on behalf of O5.
- Enforce the Code of Conduct.
- Act as Administrative personnel in the absence of Site Admin (or persons of equal ranks) ~ Authorising AA, coordinating personnel, etc.
- Conduct Interviews on Foundation staff.
- Ensure that the O5 council are kept informed about ongoing situations in and around Site-65 in their absence.
