Do you have any previous experience as a staff member in a community: Yes, not in a Gmod server though. I have been a moderator in a 1 noteable Discord server so far, it was: |BA| British Army Roleplay Community which has 197,001 members at the time of this application. I contributed a decent amount to this server. I was very active, I used my various skills to moderate effectively and I worked well with the other staff members.
Tell us about something that you're proud that you've achived in-game: Nothing yet, seeing as I did play this server about 1 year ago but then quit, I have since been active again since 3-4 days ago, so I have not been here for long. I hope in the future, I will be able to say I am proud of something that I achieved ingame. (By the way you guys spelt achieved as achived in the question)
Why would you like to become a staff member: I would like to be a staff member for Civil Networks SCP-RP server because, firstly, basically all my previous moderation experiences are in RP servers, which gives me a great understanding on how to handle moderation on servers such as this. My previous experience has also taught me many skills that are perfectly fitted for being a staff member, such as approaching any and every situation calmly, without bias and professionally whilst also making sure both players are heard and respected during the situation. Now onto my skills, my moderation skills have been perfected through previous experiences, enforcing rules fairly and professionally while still being approachable. I mainly excel at de-escalating conflicts, addressing any disruptive behaviour, effectively communicating with both the players and the staff team and the ability to make good decisions under pressure. I also have a deep interest in SCP lore, which is part of why I am so enthusiastic about this server. I will use all of these skills to help the staff team and the SCP-RP server.
If you could improve something on the staff team, what would it be and how would you do so: Well, I don't think there is much to improve on. The staff are professional and reasonable, they are active, I think I would have to know a bit more about the staff team before I have the right to say anything.
