Have you received any kicks/warns/bans, and if so, why: I have 3 warnings for RDM and 1 ban for RDM although those date back to 2023, 1 warning for NLR, and 2 FearRP warnings.I also have 1 warning for Metagaming and Minor glitching. I recieved these warnings as an inexperienced player on the server and have sinced learn from all of my mistakes. My last warning was in august of 2024.
How many hours can you be on everyday: 3-6 hours on weekdays, up to 11 hours on weekends.
Do you have any previous experience as a staff member in a community: I have a little bit of experience as a staff memeber in multiple communities. I was a Staff Manager for a DarkRP server which shut down a little while ago, where I refined multiple documents such as the Staff Guidelines we had at the time. I was also a Senior Moderator for a Fivem RP server.
Tell us about something that you're proud that you've achived in-game: One thing which I'm proud of is that I reached my first CL4 in game. Some more tenured players who have had multiple CL4's or even CL5's may think that this isnt an achievement, but this is the first sign I've personally had on the server of my growing maturity and ability to be trusted on the server with the role.
Why would you like to become a staff member: I would like to become a staff member to in general help out the community, if that be my activity on odd times, my judgement to other staff situations, or my no bias, I believe that I can be a valuable asset to the staff team with assisting the community and other staff members.
If you could improve something on the staff team, what would it be and how would you do so: The main thing I believe I can improve on the staff team is response times to sits. I know this may not be a problem to some but I play at low pop times or high pop times when there a lot of sits. I was also informed that throughout all of US there is like 25 staff members max for a server that hits 128 players daily. I know that load can be too much to handle since I know what burnout feels like, also I know the feeling of waiting 42 minutes for a whitelist to a role. I want to join the staff team to help improve all of these times, if it be since Im on at lol pop times, or if it just be some needed assitance.
