Denied Remove ethics

What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
Removes ethics committee and O1

Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:
I am pretty sure O5 removal was suggested, the difference is its ethics.

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
More people will be available for other jobs, competence will go up, less useless departments


Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
None

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
Internal affairs and A1 already exist so it doesn't make any sense for O1 to exist, also SA and O5 exist there is no reason for ethics committee to exist. Ethics do nothing and it doesn't make sense them to exist if someone already is doing their job. Expand SA and O5 a little and things would be much better.

My hate on ethics didn't start in 1 day. One comes other goes ethics is still the same, bad.

Thanks for taking the time to make a server suggestion.
The Content Team has chosen to deny your suggestion due to the following reasons.

This has been suggested multiple times within Big Reworks and has been denied by Both NL and the Content team.

Removing the Core Departments of the server is risky and won't benefit the server at this time.

Your suggestions is purely the removal of ethics and o-1 without any other changes or suggestions regarding new departments.

If you want To make another post Feel free to do so But please provide more details on why and how it can improve server health and general Roleplay on the server.
