How long have you been a Senior Agent for?
I have past experience as a senior agent for 2-3 months I believe, then was promoted to special. I resigned from all positions around 2 months ago and only got my whitelist back recently. (see below.)
Why are you applying for Special Agent?
I'm applying for special agent due to the fact that I'm wanting to get back into the server. I'm wanting to help assist external affairs become better then it already is. As of now, my main goals would be trying to see if more transparency can be brought to the department. What I mean by this is, for example; DEA should host weekly meetings. In these meetings the most important things that have happened that week can be brought up. Allowing for complete transparency with the department and it's agents. Another short reason as to why I'm applying is that I would love to climb the ranks of DEA once again or the foundation in general. I personally believe that my assets can greatly improve the facility when in a CL4 position.
What makes you suitable for Special Agent?:
What makes me most suitable in one; my past experience in external affairs. With holding the position of manager and special agent in the past. I have gotten to learn and experience the management side of the server. Meaning I know how to effectively communicate myself to other members and solve problems with a department that I may need to attend.
Another thing that makes me the most suitable would be my leadership experience. I have a variety of leadership experiences. Meaning I know how to effectively lead a group of people, e.g. DEA. Along with this, I know how to create roleplay scenarios. Again, with my experiences within the facility, I have been able to learn how to create roleplay in any different scenarios. Allowing me to make the game fun and enjoyable not only for myself but others as well.
How many documents have you written? What makes a document good?:
I have written many documents but unfortunately all of my drafts have been deleted so I no longer have any of them saved. Although I will explain what makes a document good;
> Title: Including a front page that has a title, picture/department logo, department name, author name and rank, and clearance level of document.
> Index: Good documents always have a index page.
> Filler Pages: Good documents will have the actual document purpose explained here. What I mean by this is, for example; if someone was writing a arresting report; this is where they would put all the details of that arrest.
> Conclusion: Most documents should have a conclusion stating the ending credits and pages. Just mainly closing out notes.
What are the responsibilities of the Special Agent in RP?:
The responsibility's of a special agent are;
> Attend/Host trainings for senior agent.
> Hand out/Approve selling permits for MC&D's.
> Handling Code 1's.
> Ensuring surface is properly manned and patrolled.
> Punishing agents if required.
> Enforcing the COE or COC when needed.
> Assisting E-11 with Code 3, 4, or 5's when asked.
> Leading external affairs agents.
> Provide tests for new external affairs agents.
> Communicating to GOC via open comms.
