Why are you applying for Site Advisor?
I feel I am finished with the combat at all and I would like to enjoy RP.
I think SA could teach me a lot special for the site director as I think he is a great example for a leader.
I wish to improve the site and make it more enjoyable.
What makes you suitable for Site Administration?:
I would like to connect more departments on-site as I feel some of them don't create much RP as they can.
My plan is to reward the Researcher who gives the extra effort in the server by creating new documents and tests.
I plan to make sure that RSD will work close to E11 as they should work together to find out how to kill the scps.
And make sure there is a least one if not more cross testing each month (not a small one like scp 049-2 x 500).
This gives funnier results and weird breaches that the site didn't see at all.
The next thing I would like to work on is to make GSD/D-class more enjoyable as today no one wants to play D-class as most of the tests are the same it mainly samples SCP and doing the same time or sampling 3 liters in the good case, and giving job to D-class rally happened
I will add an operation for GSD to monitor the health and psychological of the D-class to make sure they are't going crazy (This is also good when there are low number of researchers) if GSD just stands and guards D-block it is boring (most of the people join MTF after they get officer).
I will ask GSD to create some times ID checkpoint when there are many members of GSD near medbay to make sure there is an action for each guard.
I will interview D-classes and guards to learn about there what they think about the current D-block and how we could improve it.
I notice there are high toxicity in the site among some personnel that affect the department. I will focus on these people who are toxic and remove them from their position, when I was E11 commander I called a sit against one of my E11 which was toxic for other personnel.
In real life I was a Team Leader in the past I will take things I learned in real life and things I learned from E11 to make other departments more fun.
For example, place period goals for each personnel (as I did in E11 as commander to my co) this makes the personal focus on improving in the detection they want (the goals were made together) and it showed improvement mainly on the LT as they were much more active and helped a lot with it.
Most of the time I was active in E11 there were missing SA members (I stayed until very late) so when we needed AA/ Passive breach we couldn't get it.
I also would like to work on medical as many of the Sr. doctors don't know how to do surgery RP I will tell other departments to make sure to go to doctors more on small injuries for example, when someone accidentally shot someone)
In general, after I was discharged from E11 I wanted to go to medical but then I thought to my self that don't have much RP and I would like to change it.
I will try to make RSD work with Medical so for example, they can monitor the D-class heart rate during a test and see many other things they can do like see what pain level it takes to get 106 attention for a person. This creates fun RP for the D-class, RSD, and medical members.
What are the responsibilities of Site Administration in RP?:
They help the site manager and the site director manage the site.
They make sure all the departments are behaving correctly and they make sure to reward departments that are doing well.
They connect between departments if they feel it is needed.
Authorizing AA, Sweep, passive SCP, and mass termination
They make sure during the Emergency code all MTFs are working together to deal with it (unless it is code 2).
Site administration is helping with policies in departments that need to be changed.
Site administration make sure all Equipment or Chemicals that are needed for the department or MTF are there for use.
Site administration also overwatches other departments and MTFs to make sure they are effective.
