What this suggestion adds:
Whenever a player uses /pm to message somebody, the "Players who can hear you PM:" dialogue should list the base job and name of the player, not the job and name of the player they are disguised as.

Should be a relatively common sense change. If easy to implement, I believe most players will agree should have been fixed a long time ago.

- Prevents an easily abused and unpunishable form of metagaming
- Incentivizes smart disguise play, making achieving a "perfect" disguise much more rewarding
- Avoids confused players trying to message others, thinking they are messaging a different player
