Accepted Karma adjust for D-Class

What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
I would like to add a system for certain foundation staff to adjust the karma of D-Class in response for things such as psychological evaluations, behaviour, general helpfulness. It would only be open to more senior members of staff on each team to stop abuse but could be used to reward or punish D-Class.

Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
It can add levels of RP with cross staff activities such as evaluations deeming mental capacity, willingness to help in research and general RP for D-class.
It could also be used for punishing D-class who are disruptive during testing or not following researchers orders.

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
There is a possibility of it being abused by lower ranked team members but this can be combated by leaving to to chief+, Sr Doctor+ ect.

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
I believe it would add a level of RP for D-class as well as medical based players. When preforming tests or evaluations.

Not a bad idea, I would say Captain/Consultant/Executive Researcher and above should be the only ones who can do that, but then again people can just use credit to do this instead.

-support D class karma is impossible giving staff a way to decrease crediting along with decay would certainly ruin things. It takes around a hour to even get a permit. This would easily be abused I wish crediting increased karma a lot more. Clearance level 3’s should not be allowed to decrease crediting at all. I think karma system needs reworked because it’s very hard to get permits and stuff when a credit gets you like 11 karma so u need to do like 8 tests which will be awhile

being able to decrease karma. There have been several times I have seen a trustee abusing his permits and theres not much punishment.
