[US] Something needs to be done about the lack of executive activity

for a long while now, an executive researcher on the US server, for a while now there's been BARELY any activity by the executive, out of all departments researcher has barely anybody but if you have a executive whitelist hop on it, I know everyone has a life but still

Yeah it's being worked on, however it's not something that can be fixed with the snap of a finger. Assistants and various other members of the facility have the authorization to sign your documents as well.
