Lets us use the information that is on the keycards in game as in character information

more roleplay
characters become smarter

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
every character with keycard knows every single thing about the foundation

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
Should be accepted because we have the qr code in character so should be able to use it in character

Not too sure I need to explain this, but this would be a pretty horrible addition to the server for a reason you explained in the negative section.
