Why are you applying for Site Advisor?
After receiving an announcement addressed to CL4 members of the Foundation staff regarding an open Site Advisor position, I became interested and started thinking about what I could contribute. I began to consider whether I should apply for the role to showcase the skills I've developed. This position is the perfect opportunity for me to demonstrate my leadership abilities and the other strengths I've gained over time. Why are you applying for Site Advisor?
After receiving an announcement addressed to CL4 members of the Foundation staff regarding an open Site Advisor position, I became interested and started thinking about what I could contribute. I began to consider whether I should apply for the role to showcase the skills I've developed. This position is the perfect opportunity for me to demonstrate my leadership abilities and the other strengths I've gained over time. What makes you suitable for Site Administration?:
EXPERIENCE:
I want to begin by mentioning that I have held my CL4 Assistant position for around two months. Before that, I primarily served in combat roles—I was a Lance Corporal in Mobile Task Force Omega-1 and a Corporal in Mobile Task Force Nu-7. Through my experience as an SOP NCO, I gained significant insight into the diplomatic side of the Foundation, which is one of the responsibilities handled by Site Advisors, diplomacy with Groups of Interest.
Currently, my only position is Assistant to the Ethics Committee, which allows me to spend more time alongside Site Administration. This has brought me closer to understanding how they operate within the site, and has further fueled my interest in contributing at a higher level.

COMMUNICATION:
Through my journey as an ECA, I’ve often had the opportunity to initiate small talk and roleplay around the site. These interactions have ranged from discussing site status and documentation to answering research-related questions. I’ve always enjoyed this aspect of my role. During RP situations where I need to step in, I’m able to communicate clearly and precisely on any topic.
ROLEPLAY:
During my time as an ECA, I’ve created a lot of roleplay opportunities for various departments. For example, in the Medical Department, I’ve organized numerous small-scale surgeries as part of immersive roleplay. On the tribunal side, I had the chance to act as a judge once during a small, quick tribunal RP session. There was also the tribunal for Captain Taco, for which I was originally scheduled to be the judge, though I was unfortunately unable to attend.
Additionally, I’ve helped create RP for the UNGOC, such as participating in a meeting where we discussed the possibility of implementing artificial overseers. My ability to initiate and build roleplay scenarios at any given time has proven to be one of my strengths.

What are the responsibilities of Site Administration in RP?:
- Appointment of Department Directors for all departments (ISD and Research are appointed by Ethics and O5 respectively)
- Appointment of MTF Commanders (Exception of A1 / O1)
- Appointment and management of Site Administration Staff
- Management of all departments and performance
- Tribunal of staff for lower level offenses and impartial judiciary on behalf of ISD for investigations when approved by the Ethics Committee.
- Authorization of tests that do not require ethical testing parameters
- Management/creation of Site Wide Policies liaising with Site Command
- Authorization of Advanced Armory Usage
- Creation/Leading of RP
- Authorization of part site closure (for trainings / events)
- Audits of departments failing
- Reviews of Departments
- Supervise Groups of Interest's Relations for the site
- Management of on-site emergencies e.g. Authorise Advanced Armory, Site Wide Lockdowns
- First point of contact for departments
