Do you have any previous experience as a staff member in a community: Yes, this one but didnt contribute much as I resigned as moderator, came back and went to gm.
Tell us about something that you're proud that you've achived in-game: Ever since my mistake as LTCOM I feel that I have improved my professionalism and leading skills. Back then I was greedy and unfit for that high of a position, I was also very power trippy but I think since then I have improved a lot and am ready for whatever comes my way.
Why would you like to become a staff member: I would like to be a moderator for civil once again because the last time I was in the staff team I really enjoyed it and the people in the staff team are nice and answer any questions that I have in detail. I would also like to help better the community more.
If you could improve something on the staff team, what would it be and how would you do so: While all the CN members work hard I have seen good and strong suggestions or RP scenarios because of staff members being to strict or not flexible enough. I feel that I could improve the flexibility on some rules and be less strict so all players can get a good experience. Lastly I feel that I am not biased towards any person or regiment and will judge staff sits fairly.
