What makes you the best candidate for Overseer Assistant?:
While I have been an Overseer Assistant before, I do feel like my stay was short and lackluster. That being said, I do believe that if I am made Overseer Assistant again I will utilise my skills for the betterment of the Overseer faction. I have applicable junior clearance level four experience, as well as senior. I am able to create equitable and fair roleplay scenarios for all involved. I do believe my experience, especially working around Council members and with them, would make me an asset to the Council if I am made one.
What are the responsibilities of Overseer Assistants in RP?:
> Following and carrying out orders issued by the O5 Council. This is the base job description, as an Overseer assistant it is important you are able to follow orders given to you by your employers. This also enables more swift working to the betterment of the Council’s objectives, since those are being met.
> Being a point of contact for concerns by Foundation staff, and relaying any information to higher-ups when it is requested. This keeps the Overseers in the loop regarding departmental performance.
> Authorising Advanced Armoury or closing/opening blast doors when it is required, typically during breach or other emergency scenarios.
> Working closely with M.T.F. Alpha-1. Working with the Council means getting along with their primary defence force. When it is required, this also means fulfilling objectives they cannot in a non-combative light.
> Enforcing the Foundation Legal Codex when it is required. Of course, that is Internal Security’s job, however there are many situations where the information being dealt with is too sensitive to go through them.
> Enforcing Codes of Conduct within respective departments and mobile task forces in order to ensure all Foundation members, especially those in high-clearance positions, are kept responsible, according to the directives given by the O5 Council.

“Ava Connor (Then Ava Spencer) was born to Margaret and John Spencer, as the youngest to ten siblings, in Bristol, England.
She attended Ashley Down Primary School. During her childhood, she was often seen as an outcast. Honestly, she preferred it that way. From a young age, Ava was characterised by her curiosity. She wanted to know everything about anything she could get her hands on. She consumed knowledge like it was food. By the age of eleven she had read out most of the sections in her local library. She had always loved information.
Naturally, this obsession for information evolved and over time she had her sights set on a Bachelors of Library and Information Science. She pursued this at the University of Glasgow. After she had obtained her BLIS, she got a job at the Library of Brighton as an attending clerk.
However, she noticed something odd. With the recording system, the records, the books, the DVDs, the multimedia simulations. Every day she got to work and sorted out dissimilar or slightly changed documents. The information was always unclear. Always changing. The cause of this, like everything abnormal, was an anomaly. She started to record it religiously. When people came knocking and asked about it, she simply handed over her records.
She started her career as a Junior Researcher at Site 9, before transferring to a Junior Administrative Clerk at Site 12. This began her career in the Information Detraction, Censorship, and Rescission Division, also known as IDCaRD.
