What will you do to stop this from happening again: I'll never pm anyone about stuff even if i don't use the info...

Why should you be unbanned: I think this was from when i was playing with my CI friend and i was on researcher and he was telling me whats going on because it was pretty funny but i never used to info to abuse it?? i just asked what he was doing because he was in a hilarious situation. Please correct me if I am wrong or this is another case. And 5 days? is it from all my warns from i started?

I just wanna know what the messages were... i understand if it was giving in character info but i haven't "abused" in game info every since the last ban...

Hey @Genie Panini ,

I noticed you were communicating with a CI Deep cover using /pms 1 of the conversations was about letting you out of D-block.

One instant was you were trying to gain information about a chemical using /pm to give 035 a advantages.
Another instance where you communicated with a CI Deep cover to gain a breach.
Another instance was the CI- Deepcover was a nu7 and he told you not to kill him, which you used IC and you didn't kill him.
Use information gained by other SCPS to plan your actions using PMS. Requesting other SCPS to help you during your breach using PMS.

All of the above are forms of OOC information gathering and using it iC to gain a advantages over others while you as a SCP or D-class don't possess any form of long communication and /pms is also a OOC feature there for it can never be used IC.

The reason for the 6 days is because within 3 months you received 3 different warns/bans for metagaming, making this your 4th one, and because stacked bans are applied 3 days for metagaming 3 days for stacked bans

i personally gave you 3/4 of these warns and have told you 2 times that this isn't allowed.

- Using information gained from an out-of-character source to gain an advantage against others and using out-of-character sources to give information and influence roleplay.

Giving information is also metagaming.

The thing that baffles me is how many people do way worse on a daily basis and you have be singling me out for the past week. literally played for like 3 hours doing nothing having fun then out of no where you look at my logs just feels like you have some weird vendetta against me lmao but i get it... thank you.

On a weekly basis i deal with 100 sits average and this is excluding sitautions where i myself need to look into violations i see first hand. You arent the only one that get caught using pms in a way that violates the rules. I have given mutiple warnings to other players for the same offence.

You are one of the players that frequently use pms more then others so ofcourse when i check i see you in the list.

I have nothing agaisnt you at all. I breached you the other day and refunded you.

No more comments will be given.

Should be giving out PM bans or something... like a week long PM ban. Now i just cant kick it with my friends when they get on for 5 days which kind of sucks. But still i feel like it should be a chat mute or something... So i can actually learn to play to get the same result without using PMs...

And violations you see first hand? like i said after that happened i played for hours not using PMs just having a good time so that means you definitely did not see it first hand you got on the server then specifically looked at my logs. not seeing it first hand... correct me if i'm wrong.

With the agreement of myself and a head moderator, we will be denying this due to the fact you have previous metagame history as well that we want you to finish out your punishment before returning, so you will refrain from doing this in the future. Sorry if this is not the verdict you were hoping for, but this is the verdict that is being handed out.
