What is the case against you?​

While going on walks in Heavy Containment with a group of Internal Security friends, we were jumped by CI. In response to the attack, I used a nitroglycerin during the fight. ​

The use of nitroglycerin in this context was ruled as a violation of Rule 1.12 [Realistic Equipment Use] ​

since it was not appropriate or realistic for the situation or my role.​

Yes, I have gathered a Bodycam/Clip from a Player proving this was indeed the case.​

No, I have never been Demoted before, this was my First Staff Position on Civil Networks.​

What is your side of the story?​

During the CI ambush, I panicked under pressure and made a poor decision by throwing nitroglycerin.
I realize now that it was unrealistic for my character to carry or use that kind of equipment in the situation.

Why should you return / what will you change?​

This mistake was not made out of malice or intent to break server rules. It was a panic response during a stressful situation. I have learned from this incident and will focus on maintaining realistic behavior even under pressure. I am committed to being more cautious of upholding the standards expected of a Game Master if I was given another chance.
This is my second attempt at making the appeal and have yet to receive any warnings sense I first was removed from TGM.
I'm finally nearing the end of my probation and would really like to return with a fresh start.

[Before I received punishment, I had informed the Commanding Officer of the Raid that this was a mistake and stated that I was Indeed sorry for the Incident.]​

I don't believe that this fixed anything, but I at least wanted them to know.​

Considering this was a Trial GM Position, I believe it was reasonable for the team to remove me from the role. While I would have appreciated receiving just an infraction, I completely understand why the decision was made given the circumstance.​

although i may had a few interactions with you when i visited the US server

but from all what i have seen he was just panicked and had nothing to do with this. Ok it happens quite often of people doing this by accident
but from them could warn him to not do it again or just minor infraction him
but at the end of the day. ci found it funny and got the raid refunded!
