Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
[Another Goal for CI, allowing them to plan their raids, better communication needed]

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
[Could be a bit op when used properly, foundation complaining]

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
[I think allowing CI to have a way to hack into the camera system would be great in order to promote teamwork. I main Nu7 and I'm suggesting this because I think it would be a great way to utilize stealth to get around SOP and other forces. Giving CI a kind of "Big Brother" could be pretty cool.]

EDIT: To clarify I mean that they should be able to hack into the sectors camera system and be able to view cameras through there in a sort of big brother manner. Possibly a area where they can hack into each sectors cameras and it's transmitted back to an area of CI base so they can task one member with being a sort of "overwatch". Either like that with high level hacks, or being able to hack individual cameras which can be viewed by CI via a tablet/camera stand in base which have low level hacks but each camera must be hacked separately, this way DC's can possibly build up a number of cameras for CI, or cameras in important places. This could work very well with the BUGGING suggestion in order for CI to view and listen in on rooms discretely.

How i understand this is that you can hack Cameras to get Access to it like u hack the camera in courtyard and as a CI get acces to watch that camera.

I don't think this is possible with the way the current map is set up, and the way the camera addons work.
You would need the following:

1. A special room in CI base on the map that is designed in hammer for the camera displays like the ones in Foundation
2. A way to have one camera appear on multiple camera networks

I agree - One thought I had would be having it temporarily be available on the personnel tablet the same way helmet cams are, but that also carries similar problems and could also potentially be too strong.

maybe it would show that the camera is hacked, a way of countering it and being able to tell.

The Content Team has chosen to deny your suggestion due to the following reason(s):

Content Team believe that this functionalitys utilisation would be far less than the development efforts required to make this work. On top of this, there are concerns about the level of counter-play that a change like this might have for Foundation leading to a decrease in player satisfaction.

CI currently have the ability to go into CCTV rooms and use these camera's should they so wish for their raid objective(s), so the need for them to have this so readily available doesn't seem like a requirement at this time.
