Do you have any previous experience as a staff member in a community: i was an admin in a buddy's minecraft server, had about 20 active players in our peak, i was responsible for rule enforcement
Tell us about something that you're proud that you've achived in-game: Managing to get ECA back and help create more RP alongside taking part in more RP situations
Why would you like to become a staff member: i want to become a staff member because i really do enjoy the server and esspecially the community, so i want to help carry my load in the community's enforcement side and be able to take care of many smaller things i see around while playing.
another reason is me wanting to help giive back to the community and help take care of the more vonurable players on the server.
If you could improve something on the staff team, what would it be and how would you do so: the first thing i would tackle would be is the toxicity i generally see around, happened too many times that someone said something out of pocket like the n word a lot of times and by the time i manage to put in a sit theyve already left, i would say the rest of the things i would attempt to tackle is the time it takes too have sits responded to.
