What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
This suggestion would add SCU to be able to override the bulks at upper primary and lower primary HCZ.

Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:
I don't believe no one has suggested this, not to my knowledge

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
1. If there are not current or active CL4 on site during a early breach, SCU can open the bulks to allow quick containment of the breached SCP
2. It will allow quick access to primary or secondary bulk in general even if CL4 are on site but can't get there in quick succession due to them being busy or preoccupied
Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
There is a chance the some SCU that are new to the job could possibly abuse it.

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
I believe this would be a great opportunity for SCU to prove themselves worthy of having an override access for primary and secondary bulk heads for quick containment of the breached SCP'S, I also think this would help in the long run incase a CL4 can not come and open them either due to them being busy or them being AFK and not responding to coms. I have had experience waiting long times at a bulk for a cl4 personal to open them especially during the low server counts, and during those time a breach has occurred and during those times about a 30 min to 1 hour breach has occurred. The only time we should not override is if a cl4 personal is on stand by and they open the bulks or if the bulks are already open for people to go RC the breached SCP'S.

Suggestion Denied

Hi @Abaddon ,

Thanks for taking the time to make a server suggestion.

The Content Team has chosen to deny your suggestion due to the following reason(s):

The role of SCU does not revolve around HCZ, and as such they would not have the access rights for override on the blast doors suggested in this post.

On top of this, Content Team do not want to add further overrides where possible as it nullifies the clearance level system to a certain degree.

Finally, if you do want access to these areas then you would be able to get someone with current override or a CL4 to let you in.

Your suggestion will now be locked and marked as denied.
