Content Suggestion Player Movement Overhaul (Stamina)

Content Suggestions will be reviewed by Content Team weekly, please allow time as not everything can be reviewed at once.
What does this suggestion change/add/remove:

Add in a stamina bar for sprinting and jumping

Listen, just hear me out ok.
One problem that I think contributes to a lack of serious RP is trying to get places as quick as possible with no focus on the in-between. A stamina bar solves this issue.
Not only does it psychologically get people to walk for not wanting to explode their stamina bar, but also allows for conversations with others between destinations instead of running past trying to get to whatever it is you're doing.
And if you need to get somewhere with urgency, you still can. It just reinforces more realism than "everyone is a marathon level sprinter"
This solves issues of endless SCP chases trying to catch up to whoever is running from an SCP. It also solves issues of bunnyhoppers and combat jumping, because they would be limited by stamina rather than the ruleset, leading to overall less ruleplay.
While I foresee a negative reaction from the community, I think it would be overall beneficial to creating a more serious RP atmosphere.

Rework player movement to be more realistic

What do I mean by this?
I mean reworking the movement to be more forward perspective oriented. The ability to instantly change direction on a whim is not only unrealistic, but actually makes combat less skill based and more movement oriented. I shouldn't be able to sprint in every direction instantly and simultaneously.

Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:
I was not able to find such a suggestion.

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
- Less Ruleplay
- More immersive and realistic

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
- Would likely significantly change the combative dynamic of the server
- Probably unpopular because people like their instant and infinite movement.

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
Overall, it would benefit the roleplay of the server to have movement that is immersive and realistic.
People would be forced to develop their characters, and actually act like real people instead of running everywhere.

Site 65 has become to combat focused and adding stamina would require people to be more cautious when they decide to run it would also enforce more rp as said no more researcher running down the corridor with d-class but this doesn't mean you wont be able to run in emergencys this would put more reliance on speed chemicals it might force more value of life especially for non combatives knowing they cant just run away from the scps in the event of a breach, the only people that would be against this change is the toxic players that only care about the combat and have no interest in rp.

+Support for the idea
-Support for how this would function with chemicals.
Would moving faster consume more stamina? Do you lose stamina while using chemicals like Anima? Does jumping farther or higher come with increased stamina drain?

In a world where core mechanics were simplified to just walking, running, eating, and resting, this could absolutely work. The system would naturally evolve over time, and players would find efficient ways to manage their stamina through strategy and planning.

But with the way our current movement system functions, paired with an almost pointless eating mechanic, where cooking and eating only serve to level up your cooking skill and reduce time spent eating, stamina becomes a difficult fit. The way chemicals are integrated into combat and the broader meta of the server makes it unlikely that a stamina system would be accepted without significant backlash.

While the idea itself is fantastic for immersion, the reality is that most immersion stems from external mechanics like dialogue and roleplay, not internal systems like stamina or nutrition. Until core mechanics have more substance or meaningful integration, stamina would be more of a burden than a benefit.
