Are Tactical Responses Teams coming to Site-9?

T I got told that we have MTFs (Instead of TRO) stationed at Site-65 is because of the various dangerous SCPs houses close together. However I heard that MTFs and “Mass killing SCPs” won’t be coming to Site-9. Does this mean the tactical response teams (A department in lore responsible for dealing with breaches and GOIs on site) or will it be like an expanded version of SCU?
