N/A

How long have you been a Senior Agent for?

Approximately just over a week
(I was informed that this is not essentially enforced/required).

Why are you applying for Special Agent?

There are a numerous of different reasons that I will list below;

First of all, my main aim within DEA is to assist all I can into the diplomatic situations, inductions and growth of DEA personnel, always attempting to uphold good relations between GOI's. By using my experience and extreme confidence in my skills that I have gained through my devoted active time while playing DEA consistently, I believe I can help train, advise and guide the Operatives below me as a Special Agent. I like to believe that I am a good leader, and a lot of the time, what a diplomatic situation needs is a designated leader to avoid mishaps and misunderstandings whether that may be in hostage negotiations, communicating across with GOI's in times that call it. Additionally, I am very active on site and as a result I would like to progress and start my CL4 journey from within the DEA, which I am very dedicated to. As spent my time as a Senior Agent I now strongly feel it is time to proceed.

What makes you suitable for Special Agent?:

Professionalism
To start with, I follow protocols and policies to the best of my ability at all times. I also always make sure other DEA personnel are doing their duties. By enhancing the RP experience not only within DEA but also GOI's and personnel who are involved with the Department itself.

Roleplay
I not only enjoy attending RP situations but I love creating my own RP, and Special Agent will most definitely allow me to do this more frequently and allow me to open these RP scenarios to the department personnel.

Here are some examples of my roleplay

Not long ago I pursued the idea of creating an MC&D informant for the DEA that will meet only in person in total confidentiality, and will assist the DEA with any suspicious noting's they find upon their area or threats to SOP, after getting this authorised by a DEA CL4 Special Agent, I am now continuing this element of Informant program in a trial basis. Special Agent will allow me to dedicate myself to it more and potentially create a long lasting and repeatable program. Additionally, I have created a private comms line with a UNGOC that is primarily used for trading at this time to add a fun RP element to trading, as I progress this commsline can not only be used for trades but also total confidential communication between Departments.

Leader

I would qualify myself as a exceptional leader, in ways that require it at all times. If so, by training and guiding those below me or giving out direct orders in a way that sees fit.

How many documents have you written? What makes a document good?:

In my time, I have written a small total of 6 documents. However these are up to exceptional standards. Spanning from; Field reports, MC&D Informant authorisation document (stored in CL4 Office), Investigation reports, Incidents, Meeting reports etc.
What makes a document good is the ability to produce;
  • Good English & Grammar
  • Clarity of subject
  • Evidence of subject
  • Usually a small summary
  • Avoid unnecessary details
  • Add images if needed to add clarity
  • Clear Format
What are the responsibilities of the Special Agent in RP?:

A Special Agent has a various amount of responsibilities compared to its previous rank as Senior Agent. Such as;
  • Authorising UNGOC on to site - In terms of if UNGOC is needed to be on site a Special Agent+ is required to authorise it. Also a variety of other potential situations.
  • Authorising infiltrations on GOI's - In a situation that calls so if information is needed or even a rescue raid etc, a Special Agent will Authorise it
  • Overseeing the ranks below them in DEA - A Special Agent is the main correspondent and leader of the CL3 DEA Personnel and are in charge of their behaviour, acts and overall role as a CL3.
  • Carry out direct orders from Manager & DoDEA - Special agents are to carry out orders to the best of their ability at all times.
  • Create Operations for DEA - As a Special Agent you can create sub-operations or divisions at the M/DoDEA authorisation.
  • Training and Inducting DEA Agents - Special Agents, train new initiate members of DEA. Alongside conducting license trainings such as; Marksman, Driving license etc.
  • Managing/Upkeeping relations - A primary duty of a Special agent is to upkeep relations
  • Lead Diplomatic Situations - In issues such as, Hostages or a problem on surface a Special agent is the direct leader to deal with that and also should train them below them to be able to as well in a case where a Special Agent+ is vacant.

Please give some lore about your Special Agent character and what storylines they would be involved in:

Mac Duffy was a ghost in the system, ex-military intelligence, fluent in warfare communications and one of the few operatives trusted with missions that officially "never happened." His transition into the SCP Foundation began after a blacklisted operation ended in anomalous interference, an entire team wiped from the record, and Duffy emerging as the sole survivor. He was found carrying intel on a weapons sale that shouldn't have existed, involving groups no agency could identify. The Foundation intercepted the aftermath. They didn’t need to debrief him, they recruited him.

Assigned to External Affairs, Duffy made his name countering and infiltrating high risk Groups of Interest. Where others studied anomalies, he studied people; the ones selling, stealing, or weaponizing the anomalous for profit or ideology. From dismantling Marshall, Carter & Dark trade routes on the Canadian border to destabilizing Chaos Insurgency cells embedded in civilized towns, Duffy has become the Foundation’s scalpel in the world of external threats. He doesn’t just track GOIs, he dismantles them, piece by piece, from the inside out. Known for his expertise in leadership and the upkeep of professional behaviour across the site. Showing no remorse for situations that disrupt that professionalism and secrecy.

Now operating out of Site-65, Duffy leads black level operations against the most dangerous and politically sensitive entities beyond Foundation walls. He is a strategist, infiltrator, and enforcer, often deployed when diplomacy is at it's most critical level as a last resort and if so, plausible deniability is the only requirement. He trains operatives in counterintelligence and covert disruption, ensuring the next generation can hold the line where the Foundation cannot act openly. Within External Affairs, he’s not just respected, he’s relied upon. When the Foundation needs to send a message without leaving a trace, they send the 'Inquisitor'

He is awesome to work around when I am on GOC. Professional, does his duties and overall a great person.
He might be new but he is definitely dedicated. I see him on the server all the time!
