I'm always someone that will advocate for holding a Sr. Cl4 position, preferably non combative, before going for a CL5 role. However, that being said, I do think you have the potential here. Ive played roles alongside you from the time you were a medical trainee, then bringing you on as a consultant, and even to now you do still help me when I have questions about ethics related topics as an ECA.

We have butted heads in the past but, you do a good job with the roles and tasks you handle. My only gripe would have to be the few activity/req warnings you have had in medical but, thats something that I believe has been remedied.

Personally I would've liked to have seen more lore attached to your art but lets be real, the art is already pretty peak and is good at telling a story in itself.

Overall? Good app, you have a decent grasp of ECM responsibilities, you have a good attitude, and you are good with the paperwork/bureaucracy that comes with the non combative side of running things around departments so, you would probably be good at doing it around site as a whole too

Good luck to you on your application 🙂

yeah the one strike i got for not completing reqs was a miscommunication among DoM's where one didnt communicate to the other that I'd already put in an LOA and notified them about my situation. AFAIK it was removed after the situation was cleared up.
thanks for the feedback
EDIT: about my lore, I have a lot that I abide by and concider when I'm playing on the server but honestly I just hate writing it down so thats why it's not super detailed. It was also 2am when i finished the app so I was barely concious lol.

Girl...don't minus support for "-Havent interacted". Ur not in ethics or part of ethics so that is irrelevant. "Haven't really seen her do many of the duties of an ECM" Yeah cause she's not one? 😭 This is stupidly negative bro.
I will admit fully my positives for her outweigh her negatives im leaning towards support, but just want to put out my negatives for her as well is all

she'll make a great ECM if accepted though would just need more time to fit into the role then most

I've personally seen you around, but I haven't really interacted with you personally. I don't know what you are like, but when I do pass you, I usually say hello, but not much interaction that I can recall. (As a former ECA, I understand you are busy, so I don't hold that against you)

I do love your lore, and your art of your character. It seems like a well thought application, which I can respect greatly. I personally believe you would be better suited at being a Director of Medicine/Site Advisor rather than shooting for ECM at this time. You seem experienced, don't get me wrong, but I believe that you should shoot for a SCL4 position before going into Ethics as a fully fledged member.

Your art is very cool and you have provided a description of the Ethics Committee that, whilst barebones, is actually far truer to some form of lore than most accepted Chairman applications on the US.

People bringing up a lack of CL4 experience are in their right mind to do so, though. If you've only ever been an ECA or Consultant, you haven't really learnt any of the management or conflict resolution skills. Nor have you shown that you're able to lead a department or small group of players, which makes a jump into CL5 really harrowing.
