Have you received any kicks/warns/bans, and if so, why: I have received 1 ban, 4 warns, and no kicks. The ban was for Inappropriate Conduct, which I wish I had never said what I said, and was just plain stupid of me. The first 2 warns were for combat jumping because I am used to doing it. The other warn was for metagaming when I pmed another SCP. The final warn was for failrp. I got this warn when I first joined the server and forgot what it was for. All of these things, I understand what I did and try to improve every day.
How many hours can you be on everyday: 3-5 hours on a weekday. 4+ on a weekend.
Do you have any previous experience as a staff member in a community: Yes, I have been a staff member in another community. The community I got staff in was Icefuse Networks. I got to Senior Moderator and even a Gamemaster. I have done a bunch of staff sits and ranked up fast.
Tell us about something that you're proud that you've achived in-game: I have been doing a lot on the server. I have gotten to E-11 CSG. I also got a CL3 on all basic jobs, such as Research and GSD. I have gotten 096 and 22415. I got DEA Senior Agent and ISD Investigator. I have done a couple of tribunals as ISD and almost passed O-1 tryouts. I have also been in CI and GOC.
Why would you like to become a staff member: I want to become a staff member because I have been on the server for a while and want to further contribute to the community. I want to further learn and become a better part of the community. I want to help people and handle conflicts in the community. One of the main reasons I want to be a staff member is because I am tired of seeing people do stupid things when no staff are on, and all I can do is make a ticket in the Discord.
If you could improve something on the staff team, what would it be and how would you do so: If I could improve the staff team, I would do many things. The first thing I would do is to make staff have further authorization for a ban so that every ban is fair and reasonable. For example, I would make a ticket system on Discord, which SvL can approve if the ban is valid, so they can ban the person, and it is valid and fair. The second thing is that I would make it so there were checks on how stuff was doing. For example, every month, a SvL member would conduct a checkup on a staff member and make sure they are doing their job right, and to make sure that each staff member is doing everything right.
