Have you received any kicks/bans/warning? and why?: I have no official warns, though I have been served previous verbal warnings. All by one mod who told me about about how I'm for example not allowed to use "brainrot" terminology and other instances.

How long have you been a Senior Agent for?: Since somewhere around maybe march when Jeremy Bennet was still in command.

Why are you applying for Special Agent?: My primary reason for applying for Special Agent is my passion for the External Affairs Department. Starting when Jeremy Bennet was the director, I quickly got into the role and started playing DEA more regularly. Since I got access to the DEA job, it's been my favorite department and I want to be able to contribute more to the department by creating role play scenarios and inaugurating more members into the department. Another reason is to take part in more diplomatic affairs since the Special Agent role is much more suitable for that.

What makes you suitable for Special Agent?:
Professionalism: This is a position of where clear professionalism is required and I am prepared to act appropriately in all situations. Therefore I will pursue professionalism as to keep the RP as authentic as possible and as to not break immersion for other partaking members of the role play scenarios.
Interest: I play as DEA almost exclusively on CivilNetworks and my dedication to improve is constant, I currently try to take part in more diplomatic exchanges that the DEA are designated for so I can ease into the future role as Special Agent. I am active on the server again as of recently and I will stay working diligently as a Special Agent to ensure no resources are gone to waste.
Example of roleplay scenarios: When playing as a Senior Agent not to long ago, I was responsible for the negotiation terms for release of the DoR in chem lab when two Chaos Insurgents had infiltrated the facility as deep covers posing as an executive researcher and one disguised as the Director herself. I stood by and negotiated with the Chaos Insurgent about the terms they wanted for her release which I arranged. (Apology from O-1 and warfunds).
Another Example of my less diplomatic role play scenarios was when interrogating a gamma ranked Chaos Insurgent before deciding to record me and a subsidiary agent blowing him up. Reason being to send the video to his accomplices to decrease morale among Chaos Insurgents and also regularly partaking in defending against raids and counter offensives.

How many documents have you written? What makes a document good?: I don't write many documents as a DEA agent though I do write a lot of documents outside the job as I regularly also pick researcher where I'm not able to conduct experiments if I don't have proper documentation. I think a clear document is a good document. You should not derive from a formal path when making a document. I usually get a preset to write my documents around. E.G Having a front page, then having a page reference segment so any reader can refer to the 'page refer' after that I like to write within that format to make my document as clear as possible.

What are the responsibilities of the Special Agent in RP?: Partially, a special agent manages the other members of DEA as assistance to the DPT. managers and DPT. directors. Otherwise Special Agents take part in covert operations and field work among other things like hostage negotiation. As per the job description it would be my job (if I am to be entrusted with this position) to train and introduce new members of DEA as to lessen the work load of the superiors.

Please give some lore about your Special Agent character and what storylines they would be involved in: Special Agent Tyrone Quontavious IV is the fourth of his lineage dating back to Sweden as early as the 1860's. Tyrone was tired of nothing happening in his life, almost as if he was just cruising by. He decided on joining the Swedish police just to climb the ranks until he was entrusted with becoming a 'Swedish national task force' member. He was later contacted by members of the SCP foundation regarding a job offer as a cadet in the General Security Department. He graciously accepted the job and got to work. Not before long, he realized that GSD wasn't for him so he tried out the NU-7 regiment before realizing that it was also not a great fit for him. The Director of External Affairs got wind of Tyrone's active search and decided to take him into the DEA. After some field work and great notations from the Director, Tyrone was promoted to Senior Agent and under different leadership to server his regiment to the best of his abilities.
