What does this suggestion change/add/remove:

Allow SCP-096 to break blast doors way quicker, he is known to cut through concrete and steel quite easily.

Add a HUD at top of the screen that shows the closest or first person that has sighted SCP-096's picture and their approximate location so SCP-096 don't have to run half way across the site to find out where the dude is only to find out he's hiding in floor 3 or underground surface base.

Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:
I've already done a suggestion to improve 096, but this is just another addition.

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
+ Stops 096 players from running halfway across the site trying to find where one dude is.
+ Less confusion in-game when SCP-096 is running back and forth across the site. Basically the above one, but for foundation personnel.
+ More realistic SCP-096 breaking through blast doors quickly.
+ SCP-096 players able to kill their target quickly instead of sitting in secondary for like 10 minutes screaming trying to break BD. Only to realise the bunker doors in LCZ are also closed making them have to sit for another 10 minutes to break that open.

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
- Less prep time to deal with SCP-096 but as everyone should be aware, once 096 is in LCZ, there's a bucket less than 2 minutes away able to contain him. And medbay armoury for scrambles.

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
SCP-096 gameplay improvement, Server has done way too much content lately on Combatives, we need to downgrade these boys and bring back the horror of SCPs.

Yeah - You kinda need both of these together. If you have just the door damage changes, then you get people breaking doors unrelated to getting to their target, but it's hard to tell whether or not it's intentional or because they don't have an accurate idea of where their target is. And then you cause server health issues with that.

If you have just the approximate location... I mean, okay, it's good by itself. Honestly, there's no need for this to be new players only, just let everyone use this, speaking as an 096 main, the current method of seeing where targets are is both a little laggy and a little too vague for my liking, even as someone that knows the map - There are some specific locations that, when you're trying to infer where they are, it gets confusing. A few examples off the top of my head are:
  • ISD offices, when you're entering LCZ from HCZ, it's kinda confusing as to where they are, you start thinking maybe CS, but you look and it starts looking more like they're in a sit room more than anything else.

  • PW bathrooms/Breach shelter, minor, but they're confusable for each other due to proximity. Minor, because confusing them doesn't really cause that much harm. And it's easy to work out.

  • 860/106 - Can look like they're in a sit room
I remember in some instances where I saw the target mark and thought they might be on surface, but I forgot where they ended up being? I think they just died before I got to them or otherwise tried juking me with EZ-Garage lifts.

I also think that 096 should be able to follow targets into 106. Just straight up. That'd be funny.

Although this would probably require regional stuff to be set up and regularly updated with map changes, which I talk about here. Of course, that makes two possible uses for it, but that's assuming both things will be implemented.

By newest player I mean, the first person to see the picture is highlighted on the hud. Aka, (First person sees it is targetted on hud, then second person to see it, etc etc.), this is to prevent the HUD getting filled with like the 30 people who've seen the picture. Or better yet, just have the closest person on the HUD. Once they're killed, next person.

This also helps in that when you're running and chasing somebody, sometimes you miss a target and have to run all the way back to them.
