Have you received any kicks/bans/warning? and why?: Only one warning for FailRP in which I had used my weapon as an Executive Researcher when I shouldn’t have.

What makes you the best candidate for Overseer Assistant?:
I believe myself to have the skillset and experience in working with a variety of different players regardless of their clearance following my previous CL4 role, either through teaching & guiding, assisting & communicating or directing & leading, I had the proficiency to do so.
I believe myself to be a communicative person, I highly value communication as an essential trait, therefore for a role such as Overseer Assistant that I believe values communication as its most important asset, I will be more than a perfect fit for it. At the same time, I believe myself to be an approachable person, it would not be a good attribute if someone that is meant to be communicative was simultaneously hard to speak to.
This will not be my first time operating as a Clearance 4 role, as I have worked as both a Junior & Senior CL4 in the past. I believe myself to have been proficient with the relevant role with the aforementioned proficiency extending towards a role such as Overseer Assistant despite the somewhat intimidating uncharted territories that will certainly show themselves.
During the time that I was active I had been quite proficient with both participating & creating roleplay with a variety of different departments, groups & GOIs, being capable of leading different roleplay scenarios and ensuring all participants were engaged and taking part competently. In the short time I’ve been back, I believe myself to remain capable of this, although I must admit I have not had many opportunities to do so, however I can guarantee that should I be accepted, the standard that I hold my past self to will return.
What are the responsibilities of Overseer Assistants in RP?:
The first & debatably most essential responsibility that the Overseer Assistants have is to perform any & all tasks, objectives and/or missions that the Overseers provide to them, this can either be in tandem with Alpha-1 related duties or can be performed by themselves, depending on the context of the required task. These tasks can vary between the handling of documents, discussing matters with site staff or providing projects or missions to Research & Medical or MTF & SOP respectively.
Another responsibility is to effectively act as the messenger between site staff and Overseers, either through discussing, forwarding, relaying or acting in the Overseer’s place as their eyes, ears and hands without the Overseers having to make any required appearance. This communication extends to all clearances of Foundation staff, it is not strictly limited to high clearances or low clearances.
An additional role that Overseer Assistants play is the cooperation with Alpha-1 when required, whether by assisting with missions that require their presence or handling documents that are related to Alpha-1 or Overseers, Overseer Assistants are expected to work together with Alpha-1 to ensure all wishes of the Overseers are met.
The final responsibility is to represent Overseers as a whole towards site staff, ensuring that the perception of “Site Inspectors” is kept in a healthy perspective by all members of the site in order to ensure maximized efficiency & cooperation.
Why do you wish to become an Overseer Assistant?:
Initially, I was adamant on returning to Research, but as time passed I realised that I was mentally losing confidence in myself and I wasn’t sure that if I had returned to it, I would be capable of enjoying myself and creating intriguing & fun roleplay for other players. Therefore, I took some time to think about what other path I would like to take that I know I would enjoy, and eventually I decided on Overseer Assistant for the reasons in this section.
Back when I was much more active as CL4, I had worked with the Overseer side of the Foundation quite a lot, either by assisting with or leading projects, doing very ethical testing or assisting A-1 or Overseer Assistants with their personal missions. It was incredibly fun to do and I enjoyed myself quite a lot, so with that in mind I want to be capable of experiencing that more and hopefully being able to include people much like my past self into the mix as well.
I’ve always held an intrigue towards the Overseer side of the Foundation, especially when taking into account the mystery behind their lore and the various stories that include them. This curiosity never managed to cease across the years, so I am looking to hopefully satiate that curiosity by attempting to take a relevant role in that department.

This is a pretty hefty rewrite of who Kevin actually is, mostly because I wasn’t satisfied of what I had in mind for him before and since what I was working with in the past was basically just “he’s some guy ._.XD”
