Have you received any kicks/warns/bans, and if so, why: The most recent RDM wasn't me but isn't appealable anymore.
How many hours can you be on everyday: I play around 12 hours a day most days to be honest and am very dedicated to trying to be positive in every single one of those hours.
Do you have any previous experience as a staff member in a community: Yes, I've been an Admin before on a dark RP server and a Senior Mod on a Star wars RP server and Moderator twice on MRP servers. All of them peaking at around 70-120 players
Tell us about something that you're proud that you've achived in-game: I'm proud of being able to just have a laugh with a genuinely good community, I love everyone and haven't actually had a genuinely negative experience, I'd love to be able to monitor and assist the community I love so much and hopefully achieve great things. I have around 4 years of experience on this SCP RP server and I've seen people come and go and I've achieved high enough ranks before which I'm honestly happy I've had the chance to do. So, my achievement, is the friends, memories and the community itself, I genuinely love Civil Networks.
Why would you like to become a staff member: I'd love to become a staff member to try and assist the community I love so much, I can never leave it so I might as well get genuinely involved and that's what I'm making this. I'd love to make the community as much of an enjoyable atmosphere as it's been for me for other new players and just everyone in general. I have genuine staff experience and I'm no new comer to dealing with situations like staff sits. No one likes being warned but I believe friendliness is key to keeping both players in the sit happy.
If you could improve something on the staff team, what would it be and how would you do so: To be honest, not much. Maybe some low population staff activity which I'd be capable of doing saying as I'm mostly always on in low population hours but maybe just a bit of increased friendliness when handling ALL sits. Sometimes there is opportunities to turn people around.
