What server are you applying for: SCP-RP (UK)
Your Username: Daniel Cooper 'Palmer'
Your SteamID: STEAM_0:0:936868969
Discord Username: tuca.donka
Age: 17.
What's your current playtime: 7d 18h
Do you have a mic: Yes, I do have a microphone.
Your characters name: F: Daniel Cooper 'Palmer'
GOI(CI): Richard Thompson 'Wing'
Is this the first application you made? If no, link all previous applications: Yes.
Have you received any kicks/warns/bans, and if so, why: Yes, I do have 3 warnings for Fail RP, RDM, and Micspam.
How many hours can you be on everyday: I can be on the server up to 5 hours.
Do you have any previous experience as a staff member in a community? Yes, I do have previous experience as a staff member. I was a Moderator on a serious RP server, and I was a Moderator on a semi-serious SCPRP server.
Tell us about something that you're proud that you've achieved in-game: During my time on the server, I wanted to learn how I can be better at leading in specific situations, so I joined E-11 so maybe I could become a Commissioned Officer in the future and be able to lead enlisted and NCOs in combative scenarios.
By patience and performance, I have been promoted to the rank of Corporal, where it started to get exciting because I've finally reached a rank where I could actually start to lead and prove to my regiment COs that I am capable of becoming a Commissioned Officer in the future.
As of today, I am a Sergeant, and it's an honor to be in such a position for the first time on Civil Networks. It brings me joy as well because I can do a lot of things as a Sergeant, such as host tryouts, trainings(Cross-Trainings too), and ALSO lead in passive scenarios as a Non-Commissioned Officer.
I haven't been focusing on anything else than Mobile Task Force E-11 since I enlisted in this regiment, yet I am very proud of my rank and my regiment.
Why would you like to become a staff member: I would like to become a staff member within SCPRP UK because I would like to be another person who I get to help other people who need help. I didn't decide to apply only to moderate specific people who break the rules, but also to encourage them not to break the rules.
I would also like to teach new players who have no idea of Roleplay or are just unaware of what to do, helping them get better at roleplaying if they would like to.
And lastly, I want to have better relations with all players, getting them to know me better and start showing a good example within the staff team as a Moderator, so everyone recognizes me for the work I do.
If you could improve something on the staff team, what would it be and how would you do so: If I could bring something valuable to the staff team, it would be my availability and being fair in all admin sits.
Not just that, but I will prioritize admin sits that are important, such as player reports, Mass RDM sits, minge sits, etc., than just basic admin sits.
Let's say an example: I am on staff duty and I get a sit-request from a player saying that a person is acting like a minge, but then another sit-request pops up saying that the player is stuck, so what I will mainly prioritize is the person acting like a minge and request another staff member to take care of the player that has a question because minges ruin roleplay experiences, so I must prioritize the minges.
