Have you received any kicks/warns/bans, and if so, why: I have received 6 bans, and 18 warns over my 3 years of being in the server. All of which are expired.
How many hours can you be on everyday: Depends on the time of year and day of the week, typically 3+ a day.
Do you have any previous experience as a staff member in a community: I have lots of experience as a staff member. I have helped staff and moderate Dark RP, SCP RP, Military RP, Police RP, and Star Wars RP. I have assisted and developed many servers through ALL of these categories, I have played Garry's Mod since 2017. I have been staff on CN Military RP, and the SCP RP [US.]
Tell us about something that you're proud that you've achived in-game: I am proud about how I have had many CL4 positions through so many departments. I am proud that I have been able to help out so many people and regiments. My goal is to assist in making RP in the server better rather than how its currently mostly PVP based rather than RP.
Why would you like to become a staff member: I would like to become staff member because it seems recently there has been a lack of staff on the server, ticket response time, and failure of spreading rulings. I would like to improve all of these by assisting in being staff again. I have played this server for quite a while and I am just looking for a way to get back into it, I would like to have a reason to play a lot, and have something to do rather than just sitting around waiting for something to happen, I feel I would be a great member of the staff team and you will not regret it. I have done this many times before and I have even done it on CN. I have great qualities such as activity, knowledge, experience, and listening to others and understanding what I am to do and what is expected of me. I would like to inspire others to join the staff team or even the GM team just to help out the server and give others things to do for some fun.
If you could improve something on the staff team, what would it be and how would you do so: Things that I would like to improve is activity, coordination with others, and communication. For the activity I would have requirements of each rank to be on for a certain amount of time a week unless on LOA/ROA. Coordination, I would have certain teams look over and discuss certain issues within the server and make sure when someone has a question they ask someone else rather than just making something up because they don't know or responding with "idk." Lastly would be communication, this is a huge issue, especially with SL rulings not getting out, small rulings is different but major things that EVERYONE would need to know has been horrible lately, this also combines with coordination too.
