What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
Add the technicals from MRP that CSB used. These vehicles would be given to CI.

Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
Adds new vehicles for more variety
CI gets more items to use during raids/surface PVP

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
CI could be too strong

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
With the new CSB vehicles surface could be more interesting to fight on and could bring make CI more of a threat. Since the vehicles would be trucks the counter play against it would be very easy as it could be destroyed by one person in a short time period.

Unless you have Some vehicles to give to foundation and GOC this is just an unnecessary buff. The BTR already is strong as is during garage raid holds
