What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
- Add a new addition of war fund called: Suicide vest, and when deployed, it will drop 1-2 vests
- Make the price around 3 mil and make the cooldown 4-8 hours (SL/Dev decision)
- A suicide vest is a vest that is strapped with multiple heavily explosive IEDs (mil RP one that the terrorist had)
- The Dmg will be 1000 and the radius will be same size as voice range is.(up to Dev and SL team)
- Anyone who is within voice range of the suicide Vester will be under fear RP regardless if you have a weapon or not (reason for this is because no one is going to shoot a dude that is strapped with 20 IED that is 5 meters away from them and other people are near by.)
- Can be both concealed and unconcealed; however, if a weapon check is conducted, the vest will be unconcealed will be unable to be concealed again.
- Can only be used on MR and DC.
- It will also be consider a weapon.
- Cannot be used while inside CI base
- Can be used on surface if CI leadership have a very good reason (high clearance assassination, device that requires heavy explosion, ECT) Otherwise will be warned for fail rp.

Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:
yes there are two things that make this different
1 Its has rules and restricted
2 its not an entire job
Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
- Something that can be used during a special raid operation
- Makes sense because CI is a terrorist organization
- Can be used to push against foundation that outnumber CI most of the time.
- Forces people to negotiate with CI
Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
- Can easily wipe out a large force of MTF
- CI buff
- minor dev time
Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
Most of the war funds that CI has are more focused on surface combat and defense, while foundation and goc war fund can be used for both surface combat, offense and defense (Ex, 1000 ibs bomb/airstrike and Lav, Matv and tank); therefore, I am suggesting a suicide vest because it can give CI something to use a spear during a raid when there is an army of foundation personnel. It also has two unique things compared to drones and m202
- You will be able to move around while using it, not have to stare at a tablet and can go through vents(drone bombs)
- It can be used for both humans and the tank (M202)

I also made the cooldown very high and expensive for both balancing purposes and because I know no one wants to be blown up every hour, as CI wished to utilize their suicide vest on a raid as a form of "Weapon testing."
Hopefully this will get accepted and if not its a tragedy, but will find a way and hopefully i see responses before hurricane Humberto hits me.
