Why would you like to become a staff member: I would like to just help out the community and help others who might be new to the game, so we can grow our community and make this server more fun for all.
If you could improve something on the staff team, what would it be and how would you do so: The staff team definitely needs to be more present in RP situations, like if someone is breaking the rules and you are cloaked near them. The staff team should definitely do more of that.
